We hope you love your purchase from My Little Nature. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at aura@mylittlenature.lt within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you a return form to complete the process.

2. Condition: The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. We cannot accept items that have been worn or are not in their original packaging.

3. Return Costs: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
